Marmælen Restaurant - local ingredients and traditions

We want our guests to experience the best of local and authentic food with us. The menu at Malangen Resort is therefore inspired by the traditional northern Norwegian cuisine. We emphasize using local, seasonal ingredients and products in all dishes, in order to serve guests fresh and fresh food.

Due to our proximity to the sea, many of our dishes are sourced from nearby fjords, as northerners have done for thousands of years. In addition, we serve other typically northern Norwegian delicacies such as reindeer and lamb from the local area.
