Lead a team of eager huskies through the snow-covered Arctic landscape.
Did you know that Malangen Resort is one of the few dog sledding providers in northern Norway where the dogs are not chained together but instead share a kennel with two good friends ?
We start the adventure with a lesson on controlling your husky team. Two people share each sled (a driver and a passenger) with the option of switching places halfway.
Dog sledding is one of the best experiences on offer in the north !
IMPORTANT NOTES
– Please meet at the reception 30’min before the activity timing. You will then have a little walk of 15’min up hill to our wilderness camp.
– The recommended minimum age for this activity is 4. (Very young kids will be taken with an adult on the mushers’sled).
– This activity is NOT RECOMMENDED for pregnant women, people with physical health problems and/or back pains.
